Check-in was a breeze, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, especially the helpful receptionist who guided me on local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch, featuring a selection of regional specialties, and included a cozy dining area that made mornings enjoyable. Plus, the location was spot on—close to the city center and easily accessible, making it great for both business and leisure pursuits. I can't wait to return and soak in the vibrant culture of Kharkiv while enjoying this gem of a hotel!
